Subscription, Pre-Order & Purchase Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with us! We truly appreciate your support and want to be transparent about how our purchasing policies work.

Subscriptions

At this time, we do not offer subscription or auto-renewal services. All purchases are made individually at the time you place your order.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally, we may offer pre-orders for items that are temporarily out of stock or arriving soon.

If you place a pre-order:

  • Payment may be collected in full or as a deposit at checkout.

  • Once the item has been processed or fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled.

  • All pre-orders are considered final sale.

Try Before You Buy

We completely understand wanting to see and try a wig before committing — and we’re happy to help with that in person at our storefront!

At this time, we do not offer try-before-you-buy for online orders, shipped items, or take-home purchases. Wigs may only be tried on inside our physical store with staff assistance prior to purchase. Merchandise cannot leave the store for trial purposes.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and health standards, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on wigs, hair extensions, or beauty products.
